Purchased Certified Audi A6 I drove 1.5 hours to Mohegan Lake Motors to look at an advertised used A6. The car was just as nice as advertised. He provided my son and I an excellent experience, and test drive, that culminated in a sale. I found Howard to be knowledgable and professional. ( even to the point of programming my phone for the car ). This was the 6th Audi dealership I had visited, and found Mohegan Lake to mean what they say, and not exaggerate. I would recommend speaking with Howard if you need a new or used car. If the scale went to 10, I would rate Howard Burman and Mohegan a 10. More

Mike went the extra mile and got me all of the information that I wanted with regard to the car. I'm out of state in NC so I could not view the car, in person, first but I wanted to ensure the options were as advertised before I hopped a flight to NY. Mike got me a bunch of pictures and even pointed out a few scratches on the rear bumper so that I was aware. Once I finally decided to proceed with the buying process Mike was very good with communicating with my credit union in order for me to secure the financing. They didn't budge much on the price but the owner did come down considering the scratches that were previously noted. I thought it very forthright of them to be upfront prior to my trip and I appreciated the honesty. Lastly, to my surprise the dealer included a very generous warranty for one year/10K miles on the vehicle at no additional cost to me. I've bought several used vehicles and many times they are sold as is and I've even purchased an after-market warranty in some cases to protect my purchase. This was an extremely welcome surprise. In conclusion I'd definitely do business with Mohegan Lake again. Unfortunately they are an out of state dealer so highly unlikely I'd purchase in NY again but if the need arises I'd do business with these guys. More

Best car buying experience ever !! This has been the best car buying experience ever. I always had a Cadillac and wanted to try something different. I am so glad I chose Audi and more This has been the best car buying experience ever. I always had a Cadillac and wanted to try something different. I am so glad I chose Audi and more importantly this dealership. it started with me sending an email on a Sunday afternoon. Got a response the very next Monday from Jill Gerety. She worked diligently to try and find the car I wanted. By Tuesday., the next day, she found the car. Car was delivered to the dealership that Friday. I set up with her to go for a text drive with my salesman Anthony Augusta on Saturday. Anthony was the best salesman I've ever had. We went for the test drive and he told me drive for as long as I want, no pressure at all. He was extremely knowledgeable about all the many features of the car. When I picked up the car the following Monday, he sat in the car and went over everything. Even sent me an email and told me if I needed him to sit with me again to go over anything , he would be happy to do so. This is after the sale is all finished. Seems to me this is a dealership that cares about their customers. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Just in case anyone is wondering I have been buying new cars since 1976 and this is hands down the best experience. More
