My salesperson was wonderful. The woman who handled my closing and prepared the paperwork was horrible. First she tried to increase my monthly lease payment because my credit rati The woman who handled my closing and prepared the paperwork was horrible. First she tried to increase my monthly lease payment because my credit rating was only an “A” as opposed to “A++”. I honestly believe she was making this up; I never heard of A++ credit ratings. Then she tried to add several thousand dollars due at the close for bank fees that my salesman never mentioned. I feel like she was literally trying to rob me without a gun. I got the Manager and miraculously all new bank fees evaporated and I ended up paying exactly what I had originally agreed to pay. Thank god I had my original deal in writing. This woman is the reason folks in the car industry have the reputation they do. She was dishonest and tried everything she could to have me pay more than I was supposed to. I would have given the dealership 5 stars if not for this woman. However, because of her, I STRONGLY recommend going to a different Audi dealership. My experience was terrible. More
