Mohegan Lake Audi was agreat choice for the purchase of my 2008 Audi TT 3.2. The car had only 7,000 miles and was in like new condition. He introduced me to Alex in Sales and from there on it was a simple and pleasant transaction process. Alex picked me up at Laquadia Airport, bought me coffe and dropped me off at the front door of Mohegan Lake Audi. Although I didn't ultimately buy my car from them, they were quite professional and gave me respect during the sale. The dealership went out of their way to offer alternatives, financing options (without pressure), allow for test drives and present other used vehicles. They went to their final price quickly, which was helpful but substantially other dealers...I am finding out that it may be that their cars are good quality and not lemons or purchased from other dealers. The owner gets involved and will do anything to support his staff, I will definately consider Mohegan Lake Motors for my next purchase. More
So far, very positive. Today we put a deposit on a CPO Audi A8L that we are to pick up next Saturday. The staff at Mohegan Lake was professional, knowledgeable and welcoming. We always DREAD buying cars, because we do our research, want a pleasant experience and HATE the game-playing that typically ensues when it is time to make a deal. None of that occurred here. The pricing/value was fair, there was no negotiating, we were comfortable with their honesty and it was a classy experience all the way around.John was a delight to work with, as was Howard. I will report back when we return to pick up the CPO car, which they have promised to have prepped and detailed for us to our specifications. We hope to consummate a seamless deal and from all appearances today, that will happen. Check this place out. It is night and day from our local dealer. I will probably drive there for our service! Well, I bought my Audi S4 from this dealer because they were very helpful, courteous, straight, and not pushy. I wanted to test drive an '02 and an '04 S4. Got many answers back and effort made to get answers to remaining unanswered questions. They did not have an '02 unfortunately, but I already fell in love with the '04. I tested an '01 when I valeted in college. I felt like they actually made time for me. The service, honesty, integrity, availability are unsurpassed in comparison to other dealers i've been in for any brand vehicle. Audi should be proud of this dealership and it's sales staff... in particular Alfonso, my salesman. I pick up my car tomorrow! More
