Shopped for a 2011 A4 Premium Plus - Sport Package. Went to dealership twice, both times I had to seek the sales manager out to have someone help me. This place was understaffed. Parking lot is way too sm to dealership twice, both times I had to seek the sales manager out to have someone help me. This place was understaffed. Parking lot is way too small and is jammed packed like sardines, making it hard to test drive vehicles. Work with Howard over the phone, who was very pleasant and professional, but was only giving me 2.8% off MSRP (they make about 6-7%). Went to Jack Daniels Audi, Upper Saddle River, NJ where they gave me the same vehicle for 3.5% off, and threw in free all-season mats/trunk liner and exhaust tips ($300.00) value, so it was equivalent to getting the vehicle for 4% off. Mohegan wouldn't budge as they said they would be working at no profit. They didn't have the selection on their lot, which means you would have to wait 3 months for an order. More
