We had dealt with Mohegan Lake Audi for years in connection with servicing an Audi that we alerady owned. She had consistently given us good, practical advice as to what made sense to do in terms of repairing and maintaining a ten-year-old Audi. As a result, we were very comfortable making Mohegan Lake Audi our first stop when we decided we wanted to look at a new Audi TT. In sales, we dealt with Joe Miscioscia, whom both my wife and I thought was one of the best informed and most pleasant autombile salemen that we had every encountered. While we thought that we wanted a TT, he was very helpful in letting us compare and contrast various Audi models and gave us great information about the TT in particular. We thought that the price was fair - unfortunately, auto dealers do have to make a profit or they won't stay in business very long - and we already knew that we liked the service department at this dealership. As a result, it was very easy for us to decide to purchase our car from this dealership. And, best of all, we continue to think that the TT is a terrific little car. More
