Within the week, we were able to put the deal together and take delivery of the car. We found Howard to be not only responsive but honest and straightforward. We live 98 miles from Mohegan Lake and will take the car for service at our local Audi dealership. It's the dealership where my hubby bought his Audi. Michael Bueti and the sales manager (Chuck) at Mohegan Lake Motors (Audi) easily made this the least painful process I have been through purchasing a vehicle. They were professional, polite and low pressure. They answered all my questions, didn't rush me through and in the end made what I considered to be very fair deal with me on the car I chose. I've never recommended a car dealer before but would recommend both Michael and the dealership. They will most likely be my first stop the next time i'm in the market for a car. More

Originally I went to Mohegan Lake Motors to look at a VW Jetta I found on-line. My wife and I were so impressed with their customer service that not only did I buy the Jetta but four days later my wife went Jetta I found on-line.
