All i have to say is that i am extremely pleased with Alex and this dealership. This was my 2nd time leasing an Audi. I knew that i wanted another one and it had to have those 'rope' lights. When i sat down with Alex and expressed to him how important it was to have those lights, he was understanding of my budget and worked with me, rather than haggle. I was so impressed and happy that he was able to help me. He was knowledgeable about the car and was friendly to me and my family. I usually dealt with the dealership in Danbury but they did not offer me the deal that Mohegan did. Our experience with Mohegan Lake Audi was a very pleasant one. We had started our search for an Audi with another dealership closer to our home in Eastchester. We were were told they weren't manufacturing one. We had started our search for an Audi with another dealership closer to our home in Eastchester. We think we just didn't look like a serious customer to them so they wanted nothing to do with us, and quickly dismissed us. They were rude and unprofessional. Howard, however, was very professional. We called first and he searched the database for a car that matched what we were looking for and within a week, we had our car. When we picked up the car, Howard took the time and was very thorough in showing us how the car and all its features operate. He knows the car inside and out as though it were his own. Howard is very professional and very pleasant to deal with. He isn't pushy, nor was he dismissive. He took us seriously and was successful in finding us a car which we are very happy with. More
