Mohegan Lake Motors has been the best experience for me in comparison to any other dealership that I have ever dealt with in all of my years of leasing or purchasing a vehicle. On the day of finalizing my lease, Christopher Frissora could not have been more accommating and patient with his explanations and his review of the information related to the paperwork and the completion of the lease. He also did an amazing job with his review of the car. He was polite and answered all of my questions and concerns with the utmost professionalism. I recently purchased a 2009 Audi A4 from Mohegan Lake Audi and I dealt entirely with Chris Frissora. During the process of purchasing this vehicle, I was also moving to a new state, finishing up a maste Audi and I dealt entirely with Chris Frissora. During the process of purchasing this vehicle, I was also moving to a new state, finishing up a master's degree, and starting a new job. With every setback that presented itself due to Massachusetts' crazy motor vehicle registration laws, Chris worked hard to ensure that all was overcome and that I was 100% satisfied on the delivery date. In fact, because I was starting at a new job, he communicated with me via e-mail at my request and at his, I am sure, added annoyance - just one example of his fantastic customer service. We purchased a TTS for my wife's midlife crisis gift. Our sales person, Michael, worked to have the car ready on very short notice so that my wife had it at her surprise birthday party. Richard was very helpful when I first came to Mohegan looking for a used Audi A4 in manual. The dealership had one on the lot. The day I called with interest Richard made himself available to me that aft looking for a used Audi A4 in manual. The dealership had one on the lot. Despite my first interests he took the time to show me all my options and showed me other vehicles that would work in my favor. After a few days of working together I was able to pick up my Audi within that week. I truly enjoyed working with Richard and will visit him again when looking for a new vehicle in the future. My experience at Mohegan Lake Audi was great. I was a former BMW driver and had just turned in a car. Although I was happy with my BMW, I felt they had become so cookie cutter and everyone from teens to former BMW driver and had just turned in a car. I needed a change and knew that I wanted something fun to drive and beautiful to look at. The moment I stepped into Mohegan Lake Audi I received a friendly greeting and was left alone to peruse the vehicle on my own. The vehicle that IMMEDIATELY caught my eye was the A5. Alex let me know he would answer any questions I might have. Alex was very knowledgable about the vehicle, pricing, any upgrades for that year, etc. Though the lot did not have the color/combination I wanted, he searched nationally to find a car that I would be happy with. I can be very exact, and I wanted exactly what I wanted. Alex suggested the next year model car (2011), which would allow me to build the vehicle that I wanted, and I knew that I had to have it. Once ordered, Alex did a fantastic job of keeping me updated as to the status of the vehicle. From Factory, to shipping, to arrival at the dock, to the dealership. The car arrived and was ready to be picked up on exactly the day that he said it would be. No run-around, and I appreciated that. When I am ready to upgrade to an S5 I know that I will return to Mohegan Lake Audi. P.S. - I've had the car for a year and it still drives like a dream.
