Their website says "No pressure, take your time, go at your own pace ... ". I put a deposit on a car on a Thursday and by Saturday they sold the car to someone else. He agreed to replace few things on the car and took care of all arrangements (insurance, temporary plates, paperwork for selling out-of state car etc.) on time when we returned to pick the car up. He sent us new plates and even new car mats. On the 'not too bad' side, I met people that just follow the rules and gives you the keys of the car you bought. Recently, my wife and I visited Mohegan Lake Motors, an Audi dealership, Howard Burman greeted us. We explained him what we were looking for, hoping that an Audi car meet our expectations. After that, Howard explained us the pros and cons of the vehicles we may be interested on. He was very polite, very patient in this process and explained to us every single aspect, every technical, safety and important feature of the cars he showed us. We noted no pressure, no push from him towards our decision related to one car or another. In a very professional attitude, he waited for our decision and offer us a test drive because he wanted we experience all the features he had explained us. After that, we decided that we want a new Audi! From the beginning to the end, we looked Howard as an advisor instead of a salesman. His strong knowledge of all aspects of the cars (technical, entertainment, safety, to name a few) made us feel very comfortable when we talked to him.
