Very good dealership, I presently own 2011 Element, 2006 Pilot , 2006 Accord , 2004 CRV, and 97 Acura NSX , Except for NSXall cars were purchased from this dealership. Writer Frank Cerbone shares my last name however we are not related and the first time I met him was at this dealership, he has been excellent . Ser. Mgr. Peter Zablocki again excellant.The Parts Mgr is Xu he has gone more than out of his way to help me in getting parts for my NSX. When I started to deal with these people they did not know that I was a, ASE. Certified Master Auto Tech/ College Adjunct Auto Instructor, with over 40 yrs in the auto business ( retired from a major auto manufacturer ,not Honda) . I would not hesitate in recommending this dealership , their business culture far exceeds any automotive facility I have ever dealt with . More

I came into the Honda Dealer to explore the purchase of a new vehicle. I must say I was not quite ready to make a purchase at that time. I was presented with some options that were low pressure and very pleasing to my ear. I ended up leasing a brand new Accord. My experience with the new car was not what I expected after having previously driven my old car for several years. However, Gary and Bill Loweree were very accommodating in answereing any questions I had after my purchase. We leased a new Honda Accord from Tarrytown Honda this past Friday and our experience from start to finish was wonderful. It took us a few weeks get to the point where we were ready to lease the car and each time my husband called, Anthony was helpful and never pressured him to come and get a car. When we came in to pick up the car Chad was wonderful. He picked us up at the Tarrytown train station in our car and once back at the dealership he made the paperwork process as quick and painless as possible. We are thrilled with the service we received from Anthony and Chad and would not hesitate to recommend them and Tarrytown Honda to everyone we know. More

I was sent to Tarrytown Honda by a family member who had numerous pleasant experiences with this dealership. I'm from NJ, about an hour away, and it was well worth the trip! Bill helped me with the numbers and gave me many options in terms of financing so that I could keep my monthly payment at a number I was comfortable with. I also did a trade in and felt that I received a generous amount for my used SUV. Wilson finalized everything and gave me plenty of extended warranty options to fit my needs. Again, it was a "no pressure" conversation, simply outlining my options. After a terrible experience with a NJ Honda dealership, I had given up on my Honda purchase... Chad has this warmth and friendliness that made me stick with him. He also wanted to make sure my experience was a great one the whole way through and stood by that until we (family of 4!) left the dealers with him. I took my new Honda Accord to Tarrytown for the first oil change. Everybody was friendly & knowledgeable. When I purchased my Honda in Nov- i spoke to several other customers waiting in the lounge- coffee a change. Everybody was friendly & knowledgeable.
