I was impressed with Anisa Doda, it was raining and I was outside and she came out in the rain to see which car I was interested in. The car was no longer in stock but she persuaded me in a very smooth non p outside and she came out in the rain to see which car I was interested in. She was terrific in explaining the to me about the car, show me how the instruments worked and test driving it. He was very good in explaining the details of the Honda CRV, and wasn't at all pushy. We eventually decided to go ahead with a CRV and not bother seeing the third car. We negotiated a good price/lease, which wasn't too time consuming, and concluded the process the following day when we traded in our Civic for a new CRV. One thing that Jay did which we really appreciated was to take the time to explain how everything worked in the car, and set up the Blu-Tooth for our two telephones. More
