Our car was totalled in Hurricane Sandy and we also sustained damage to our home. After failing in good faith negotiations, having our fair and reasonable offers rejected at the other dealerships, we took the drive to Tarrytown. Gary Testa was awesome and sold us a fantastic van at a fair price. Sure they could have tried to squeeze every cent from us but instead were compassionate and sympathetic to our plight. Bottom line is its nice to see a dealership do the right thing and put people ahead of maximum profit. I will recommend them to anyone and everyone in the market for a Honda! More
Anisa was very helpful throughout the entire car buying experience. She was patient and not at all pushy when it came to trying to find the right car for me. Victor was very knowledgeable and showed me all of the great features car had to offer. Their entire staff was friendly and caring. After I took delivery, i had a few follow up calls from their internet staff and victor to make sure I was completely satisfied with my vehicle. Today I also received a thank-you card from Victor making sure I am happy. Over-all I am very satisfied and had a great buying experience. Spoke to Anthony over the phone regarding a published lease deal and asked if there were any additional cost beside the listed down payment in the advertisement. He said no and I did realize that there w lease deal and asked if there were any additional cost beside the listed down payment in the advertisement. He said no and I did realize that there would be taxes, bank fees, etc, but I was unaware of the additional $1400 cap cost reduction fee that I was told about when I sat down with a salesman. The salesman Alex was honest and told me this fee was just more money out of my pocket to make my down payment bigger in order to get the monthly price down to the advertised monthly payment. I took a 30 minute drive down to the dealership after a day of work after asking Anthony if there were any other costs that I needed to know about before heading down; his response was "no, it's $2000 down with $292 a month payment". What a scam! More

I'm changing my one star review to a good one as Eddie Giron and Austin Asante ended up giving me great customer service. My original upset came from seeing an ad for a used Subaru in the amount of $11, Giron and Austin Asante ended up giving me great customer service. My original upset came from seeing an ad for a used Subaru in the amount of $11,999 on Ebay. After numerous phone conversations with Anthony, I was assured that car was in perfect condition, I would get a couple of hundred dollar discount and the only additional fees I would see would be a document fee, DMV and Taxes. However when I got to the dealership I was told by Paul Vilca that a couple of hundred dollar discount meant $100-150 and there would be a $785 "prep fee" added to total price. I left the premises feeling scammed, but called back a couple of days later to speak with Eddie, the used sales manager, who was very friendly and able to reduce prep fee to $495. He also replaced air filter and flushed the transmission for me and added two new tires. The car came in excellent condition. I still ended up paying $700 more than I was originally quoted over the phone, but the final price was still a good one. There are some friendly people working here, but if you plan to buy a car from them, just make sure you ask them what the "prep fee" is beforehand. More
