This was my greatest car purchase experience. I had a great deal; the car was prepped up and ready when promised. I found an Acura MDX 08 online at Tarrytown Honda. I made an appointment to see the vehicle and take it for a test drive. I called in 30 minutes before the dealership closed to make sure that the vehicle was still there and ready for tomorrow, Shanique assured me that it is still there and she'd call me if anything changed. The next morning, I drove 180 miles from Massachusetts for my appointment. When I arrived, she told me that the vehicle is in the body shop. I have no words to express my frustration and disappointment at this, especially after I found out that the vehicle was in the body shop for several days now. They were replacing the front bumper, rear bumper, doors, and hood. I was promised a clean undamaged car before I arrived, therefore the sales rep literally lied to get me to come to the dealership and buy a car from them. This was a very horrible experience at the dealership, the staff is unprofessional and irresponsible for lying to potential paying customers. More

I brought my car in for maintenance including an oil change plus an estimate for other work. I decided to hold off on the expensive other work quoted but went ahead with the "summer special" for oil cha change plus an estimate for other work. When I picked up my car, as soon as I drove off the lot, my red oil light came on. I brought the car to my nearby mechanic and THERE WAS NO OIL IN THE CAR. This could have been disastrous. I cannot trust they did any other maintenance or diagnostics with my car when they didn't even fill the oil!!!!! More
