DO NOT GO TO TARR CHEVROLET! ! THEY CHEATED US ON NOT 1 Yukon Denalis BUT 2!! THEY PUT THE WRONG TRANSMISSION FLUID IN MY DENALI, APOLOGIZED AND DRAINED IT FOR FREE THEN LIED ABOU ! THEY CHEATED US ON NOT 1 Yukon Denalis BUT 2!! THEY PUT THE WRONG TRANSMISSION FLUID IN MY DENALI, APOLOGIZED AND DRAINED IT FOR FREE THEN LIED ABOUT IT AFTER THE FACT. THEY SOLD US OUR FAMILY VEHICLE FOR $28K (YUKON DENALI) WITH BALD TIRES, NO HEAD LIGHTS, ONSTAR (DOESN'T WORK) , BLUETOOTH (DOESN'T WORK), DVD & TV (DOESN'T WORK), SENSORS (DOESN'T WORK), A/C & HEAT IN REAR (COMPLETELY DISCONNECTED WITHOUT DISCLOSING ANY OF THIS). EVERYTHING WE WANTED IN A FAMILY VEHICLE THIS HAD BUT THEY FORGOT TO TELL US ABSOLUTELY NONE OF IT WORKS. THESE ITEMS ARE IMPARATIVE WHEN YOU HAVE KIDS, THE PURCHASE HAD PURPOSE AND THEY PLANNED IT VERY WELL TO KEEP US FROM KNOWING. VERY SLICK. THEY DID THE EXACT SAME TACTICS WITH THE OTHER VEHICLE I BOUGHT. SERVICE & BODY SHOP IS THE WORST!! THEY DON'T FIX ANYTHING AND NOTHING HITS WARRANTY. WHEN WE FINALLY DID GET WARRANTY TO REPLACE THE BACKEND OF THE "FAMILY DENALI" THEY TRIED TO HIT ME FOR ADDITIONAL HOURS THEY SAID WARRANTY WOULDN'T PICK UP. I WAS LIKE, "NICE TRY GUY".... BODY SHOP RUINED MY ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS BY FAILING TO INSTALL THE ROOF RACKS ON CORRECTLY SO WATER HAS BEEN GETTING INSIDE FOR YEARS WITH NO SOLUTIONS. IM NOT A KAREN, NOR IS THIS VENGEFUL. I WANT PEOPLE TO KNOW THAT TARR CHEVROLET IS NOT THE WAY TO GO. GO OUT OF YOUR WAY TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, TRUST ME. I JUST DON'T WANT ANYONE ELSE TO GO THROUGH WHAT WE HAVE. THEY HAVE EMBARRASSED ME, LIED TO ME, LACKS INTEGRITY & TRUTH, LIED TO ME SO MUCH MORE, TRUE CROOKS AND MORE.. I WILL AGREE TO TAKE THIS REVIEW DOWN IF MR. SHAFFER (OWNER) AND RODNEY FIELDS (ATTORNEY) KEEPS THEIR WORD LIKE THEY HAVE REFUSED YET AGAIN TO COME THROUGH IN PROMISES/AGREEMENTS MADE. LIKE THE PICTURE YOU'LL SEE. THEY HAVE YET TO REIMBURSE ME FOR MY MAINTENANCE PLAN. SO I'M PAYING DOUBLE FOR OIL CHANGES ECT. I HAVE BEGGED THESE FOLKS TO JUST MAKE THINGS RIGHT. FIX WHAT YOU BROKE AND KEEP YOUR WORD. IF YOU WANT TO DEAL WITH SOLID FOLKS GO TO GMC/KIA IN MORRISTOWN. THEY HAVE BEEN INCREDIBLE SO FAR. NOW IT'S TIME FOR YOU GUYS TO FEEL FOOLISH AFTER A YEAR AND A HALF OF DEALING WITH YOUR LIES, MANIPULATIONS AND LACK OF GOOD INTENTIONS. REIMBURSEME THE MAINTENANCE PACKAGE FOR BOTH OF MY VEHICLES TARR. JUST MAKE IT RIGHT. THAT'S ALL I'VE EVER ASKED. I'VE MOVED ON FROM EVERYTHING ELSE BECAUSE I HAVE A GREAT SUPPORT TEAM AROUND ME THAT SEEN THE ANXIETY AND STRESS YOU CAUSED. THE LAST TIME I PICKED MY VEHICLE UP AFTER YOU GUYS HAD IT FOR OVER A MONTH AND YOU MADE AN ABSOLUTE FOOL OUT OF ME, FOR NOTHING. BECAUSE THE "NEW GUY" DIDN'T KNOW... IT WAS SO OBVIOUS WHAT WAS HAPPENING. I'LL NEVER FORGET THAT AND I DON'T WANT ANYONE ELSE TO EVER FEEL THAT WAY ABOUT A BUSINESS YOU'RE SUPPOSE TO TRUST. More

This is the second time refusal of service. First time I bought my Chevy blazer brand new had a sensors indicating that there was a problem with the tpms when I took it the dealership I was inf First time I bought my Chevy blazer brand new had a sensors indicating that there was a problem with the tpms when I took it the dealership I was informed that all the mechanics were at to lunch and would need to bring it back in the AM. I spoke with what I can only assume was the GM which informed me that’s just how they do things.I took to Morristown Chevy and with in a minute my car was in the back getting the sensors recalibrated. Today I go take my vehicle in to get an oil change and was informed they would not be able to get to it until Monday. The manager and I had it out but as I told him I could take my vehicle to any other dealership and get work done immediately. Well wouldn’t you guess it I took to Morristown chevy and within 5 minutes it was I on a lift getting the oil change needed. The issue I have is that the warranty to get the oil changes for free or only with Tarr so this visit to Morristown is going to cost. At this point I will be contacting the BBB and attorneys to handle this. Do not go to Tarr to purchase a vehicle because they will not honor their contracts with their customers. You will be stuck having to go elsewhere to resolve the issue. The level of service sucks major you know what. I will say thank you for showing your true colors Tarr since now I’m in the market now to buy 80k truck I will not be coming to you hope it was worth it. More
