Ever since then I've had used cars, nothing higher than the year 1999. Last month I decided to check out the sale at Tapper Ford. I test drove many cars and went nuts over the Edge Sport. I'm still smiling..can't stop! Richard Hiatt was incredible. This was my best day ever since the loss of my father last year. The dealership had the atmosphere of a great team of people. Everyone were very kind and helpful. Richard, you are genuine and did everything to give me a great day. Thank you.... I've already recommended you and the Tapper Team! This Edge Sport was made for me... I love this car!!! It's amazing!!! More

Exceptional Customer Service for Travelors We were moving our son to a new place of employment in Michigan when his Ford Focus power steering started going out. Tapper Ford worked us into the service dept., that Friday afternoon, immediately and spent lots of time trying to get needed parts for the car and get us back on the road. The parts had to come from out of state so we spent the night in Paw Paw. Tapper Ford Service worked diligently Saturday morning, even staying after there normal closing time to fix the car! The staff was very, very courteous, friendly and kind. We appreciate everything they did for us!! The overnight stay in Paw Paw turned out to be an extremely great experience. The hospitality and graciousness of everyone we met was wonderful!!! Thank you to all. More
Horrible Service Center We brought in our 2014 Escape for an engine knock at 20,000 miles. After they had it for a week without calling us, we finally called and were told it would be weeks before they could even tell us what was wrong with it and it would also be weeks before they would have a loaner car for us. We are under warranty so apparently we are not important? I don't know but they had the audacity to ask where we purchased it so we could take it back to them? I was under the impression Tapper was a Ford dealership with a Service Center but apparently NOT. HORRIBLE, just horrible, More

It's Tapper, Paw Paw for me for service from now on. More
We went to another Ford dealer in the area and got quite a run around. We went into Tapper and met up with Tom Griffeon. He made us feel extremely comfortable. Within an hour he and his manager found the ex a run around. We went into Tapper and met up with Tom Griffeon. He made us feel extremely comfortable. Within an hour he and his manager found the exact car we wanted and before closing the next day we drove away with our new car. We will never return to the other dealership and we will always work with Tapper Ford and hopefully Tom Griffeon will be there to help us. More
I am from Chicago and my wife and I were on a trip to Northern Michigan when our Ford Taurus broke down on the highway outside of Paw Paw. Our road side assistance towed us to Tapper Ford. It was a Saturday so the service department was closed and we were stranded. Salesman Richard Hiatt helped us find a rental car service at the Kalamazoo Airport, and drove me, my wife and our two friends to the rental car kiosk at the airport. He did this even before we ever considered purchasing a new car. When the news came that our car would be expensive to repair, we decided to buy new. I looked at a couple places in Chicago, but also reached out to Rich on purchasing a car from him. He got us a great deal on a 2013 Escape and also a great price on our trade in for our broken car. Once we closed the deal he set up our phones with the bluetooth service and answered all of our questions regarding the Ford Sync software. Rich is a great person and we are very satisfied with the level of service we received. More
