We went to another Ford dealer in the area and got quite a run around. We went into Tapper and met up with Tom Griffeon. He made us feel extremely comfortable. Salesman Richard Hiatt helped us find a rental car service at the Kalamazoo Airport, and drove me, my wife and our two friends to the rental car kiosk at the airport. He did this even before we ever considered purchasing a new car. When the news came that our car would be expensive to repair, we decided to buy new. I looked at a couple places in Chicago, but also reached out to Rich on purchasing a car from him. He got us a great deal on a 2013 Escape and also a great price on our trade in for our broken car. Once we closed the deal he set up our phones with the bluetooth service and answered all of our questions regarding the Ford Sync software.
