As we entered the show room at Tansky Toyota, Richard Norman greeted us with personal warmth and professionalism. When we described the type of vehicle we were hoping to find, Richard had 2 vehicles brought up to the door for us to drive. His attentiveness to detail was excellent as he had quickly and efficiently listened to our needs. We drove both cars and determined which car that we preferred. As with all buyers, there are limitations of funds with which we had to deal. Richard Norman listened to our preferences and determined what would be the price point for us to make the final decision. He worked well with the management team to help us all receive a win-win solution. Compared to the other dealerships that we had searched for similar vehicles, Tansky has excellent choices and inventory. Richard's sense of humor might not be needed for other buyers; however, we did not tell him that our son had been in an eleven car pile up the previous Saturday. We also had a car in service at Tansky being prepared to give to our son. We were under a great deal of stress which we did not share with Richard. His sense of humor became a means of relieving our stress as he made the process easy and efficient for us. I allways get the best service and prices at Tansky. My car is 14 years old (Avalon) and i just LOVE it....still runs well and looks great after a good cleaning last year over at the 161 facility.
