When I asked Mr. Norman for a quote, he gave one to me and didn't waste my time by trying to repeatedly to get me to come in without giving direct answers to my questions. Toyota Direct told they would "treat me real well" but gave me a bit of a run around and no direct quotes. They recognize that there are multiple places on the internet that show exact invoice breakdown and work a fair price based on that information. We had a handshake agreement on the price relative to invoice since it could vary from the time we ordered to the time it got in. (The price didn't vary and the actual invoice exactly matched the internet.) They honored a cash back deal that Toyota had added after we ordered the car. We were done with paperwork and I was driving the car in a couple hours. More
