When the part finally did come in they gave me a loaner vehicle while they did the repairs on my vehicle. I live 50 miles from this dealership so I can't just "pop over" on a moment's notice. Kick free side doors and rear hatch I was informed this problem couldn’t be fixed - wasn’t fixed last summer either.
