Good customer service locally The air conditioner compressor went out in my 2016 Ram Pickup at 33000 miles and one of the parts for the repair (an o-ring) was back-ordered for 2 we The air conditioner compressor went out in my 2016 Ram Pickup at 33000 miles and one of the parts for the repair (an o-ring) was back-ordered for 2 weeks. When the part finally did come in they gave me a loaner vehicle while they did the repairs on my vehicle. I live 50 miles from this dealership so I can't just "pop over" on a moment's notice. Tonja was my service agent and she is very professional and efficient. More

Kick free side doors and rear hatch I was informed this problem couldn’t be fixed - wasn’t fixed last summer either. After speaking with previous person last summer and she “talking wit I was informed this problem couldn’t be fixed - wasn’t fixed last summer either. I informed all people I will try it out for a while - if not a complete fix - I’ll be back, as a $700.00 item should work ALL the time. More
