Honest, insightful and fare. Great overall experiance I called the service dept on a Saturday, they told me to drop it off before they closed. Came in. met with storm who kept me informed of the repairs a I called the service dept on a Saturday, they told me to drop it off before they closed. Came in. met with storm who kept me informed of the repairs and gave me options on part prices. The had the issues diagnosed with in 30 mins of dropping the truck off. Storm said the repairs would be done on Wednesday but Monday afternoon I received a call informing me that it was ready for pick up. In conclusion the service was great, Storm met my expectations all the way. The price of the repairs were fair and the time of the repairs were outstanding. I'll have no problem calling again. More

Usually they just ignore you and it seems like you are bothering them. On the phone it also seems like it is a bother and they have other things to be doing. Maybe the last time has been a little better than times in the past. I still really dread having to go there for service and it makes me want to not purchase from Tanner Motors because I would have to go there for service. More

Very poor rating from me So had an issue with the ignition on mybtruck, they installed 2 new ones that did the same thing. They said there was no fix available at this time b So had an issue with the ignition on mybtruck, they installed 2 new ones that did the same thing. They said there was no fix available at this time but when one is available they would let me know and cover under warranty but when I brought it in they wouldn't cover it. I will go to St Cloud for service and a new one from now on. Would not recommend as their word is no good. Be sure to get in writing what they tell you. More
Don’t waste money on the extended warranty I bought a used Jeep in October 2018, nice rig, low miles. The glove box and door on the gas tank were both wonky, the gas door mechanism doesn’t alwa I bought a used Jeep in October 2018, nice rig, low miles. The glove box and door on the gas tank were both wonky, the gas door mechanism doesn’t always release when the button is pressed-i think the closure mechanism is broken. I got the glove box fixed quickly soon after I got the Jeep. I kept forgetting g to call about the gas door until a few weeks ago. i got in fairly quickly. The problem isn’t covered by the warrantee “because the door is part of the body. I do not understand how a faulty mechanism is part of the “body” It will cost me almost $400 to fix. I’m very disappointed, enough so that we are going to another dealer next month to trade-in. Not worth thousands of extra dollars to play this game. The people in the service center are, for the most part, very nice. More
