Partially completed Two problems, one which needed a back ordered part and will be completed later. The other which was supposed to be only a filter, but less than 24 hou Two problems, one which needed a back ordered part and will be completed later. Luckily, with the back ordered part I will need to return to the dealership and hopefully the other issue will get fixed correctly then. More

Terrible service Brought in for insurance estimate for engine bay fire, ok'd by insurance to remove valve cover to check for damage, 2 months later all they've done is Brought in for insurance estimate for engine bay fire, ok'd by insurance to remove valve cover to check for damage, 2 months later all they've done is pressure wash the fire extinguisher powder off (very poor job of that) put down what I told them was wrong with it on the estimate, and can't tell me if the paint on firewall is damaged. Then tell me they can't get the parts to fix it because they're no longer available. Got angry removed vehicle from dealership. When picked up had obvious fire wall paint damage, no bolt had ever been removed to check for further damage, their estimate was about $5700 without paint repair. Paint repair at another facility estimated at another $2100. Took vehicle home did work myself, cost approx $1000 and took less than a day to complete. Called and filed a complaint, was told the manager would call me back in a couple days have never heard from them again. Go figure 🤬🤬🤬 More
