Was told @ time of appointment that the service would be 2 hrs. Was told @ service date the time would be 4 hrs. That time got changed to 2 hrs when I questioned it. At First a Problem When we arrived for our scheduled appointment - we were told that we were not on the schedule - We had originally had an appointment the prior week When we arrived for our scheduled appointment - we were told that we were not on the schedule - We had originally had an appointment the prior week for Wednesday - I called the day before and told them that we needed to reschedule due to a conflict and would need to look at a day for the next week - the gentleman said he had time available for the following Thursday, Jan. 30th - I said perfect and made arrangements for our other appointments in that town for the 30th. When we arrived we were told that the appointment was moved to the day after (a Thursday) and we were a no show —- I specifically repeated the 30th on the phone to confirm and he said yes - and I said perfect, I also told him that we would need a loaner car and he said he can arrange that— anyway, long story short - he did give us a service car and kept ours to work in between other appointments. Of course, our concerns did not show up during their checkup - thus we are to keep an eye on it ??? It is what it is. More
Quick service, enjoyable staff and quality work. Tanner motors got my vehicle into the shop with a fast diagnostics and even quicker to fix the issue.
