My vehicle was brought in for exterior light concerns, after assuring it would be fixed with replacing the BCM for approximately $1000. The concern was not fixed and they told me I needed another $700 in after assuring it would be fixed with replacing the BCM for approximately $1000. The concern was not fixed and they told me I needed another $700 in parts and labor. When I asked what was exactly wrong with the BCM and why it was replaced, they told me it was to fix my interior lights. The interior lights worked perfect and always have. I was told by the service advisor that they would talk to the technician for more info. After a couple days with no call back I called and left a message, after a week with no returned call I stopped in and they said they didnt call me back because I was mad at them. I will say I definitely wasnt happy but I was also very reasonable when I spoke to the service advisor and tried giving them a chance to explain their findings. More
