Oil change was fine. Asked to have air added to tires, not done or pressure checked. Also check tail light that appeared partially loose. Bought two vehicles from Tanners apparently the warranty is as good as the service poor, No response back, or very little at best they are more concerned with finding a way out of the warranty than helpin is as good as the service poor, No response back, or very little at best they are more concerned with finding a way out of the warranty than helping a customer with repairs. In short I paid for replacement of a motor on my 2019 Jeep and got no help from Tanner. The first thing I was told is “you better get your oil receipts in order”. From there it was a finger pointing contest between the oil filter company and Tanner. Who ended up paying? Me Unbelievable that I did nothing wrong but end up paying. Tanner is more worried screwing over their customers than giving good customer service. I completely understand that this is an unfortunate situation, and so does everyone involved. But at the end of the day Tanner does not care and left me with a bill of close to 9000.00 dollars. I will do everything I can to keep everyone from doing business with Tanner and the whole Chrysler family. As disappointed as I have ever been. More
