The service was fine but whoever did the service did not latch my hood all the way. While I was driving with my 93 year old father in law, the hood came loose! Luckily the second latch caught it. Ram has not found a solution or fix to DEF winter problems on there 2019-2021 Ram diesel. Tanner service told me to park my truck in a heated garage in the winter. They forgot to tell me not to d problems on there 2019-2021 Ram diesel. Tanner service told me to park my truck in a heated garage in the winter. They forgot to tell me not to drive it either. The problem has not been solved. They blame Ram, engineering is working on it, but it still remains a unsolved problem . Fix it ! More
