Waited a month for my appointment. Woman in service told me they would top off my gas when I came back for the work. Went back for second appointment, work was completed, same woman notified me they put $20 in my gas tank. Way less than it cost me to take a day off work and drive there again at no fault of mine. More

The service was fine but whoever did the service did not latch my hood all the way. While I was driving with my 93 year old father in law, the hood came loose! Luckily the second latch caught it. Ram has not found a solution or fix to DEF winter problems on there 2019-2021 Ram diesel. Tanner service told me to park my truck in a heated garage in the winter. The problem has not been solved. They blame Ram, engineering is working on it, but it still remains a unsolved problem . Fix it ! More
