Brought my jeep in for warranty work and got it back more broken than when I dropped it off. I picked it up and was on my way home when my service 4wd light came on…when I called I Was told that I would get broken than when I dropped it off. I picked it up and was on my way home when my service 4wd light came on…when I called I Was told that I would get put back on the schedule for repair. When I asked can’t I just bring it back I was told no. So instead of them fixing it right away I had to drive around with a new jeep with a broken 4wd system …it’s been 2 weeks and have never received a call. This is not the first time tanners has screwed me like this but it will be the last. I will never buy or have my vehicle serviced there again. They have lost my business and anyone I know will know my story. I have sence contacted their competition and am now in the process of get it it fixed. More
