We towed our vehicle there one evening at 9pm. It was undriveable. The next day my husband saw the vehicle driving in town. That day they had it assessed and then it was ready 4 days later. When I got the vehicle back it was dirty inside, two screws laying on the mats and a tool. The mats for the middle of the vehicle were out and other parts that were not put back. We weren’t happy with the customer service at all. More

It took way to long to get our truck in after we dropped it off to find out what was wrong with it and then to get it repaired. It had just been in and we spent over $3000. I called with an issue with a factory recall item on my vehicle. They got me in that day to take care of it for me.
