Does not complete fleet service per request and requirements. In doing so, created extra labor for me in coming weeks to show fleet management that requirements were completed. Our vehicle had some 4 wheel drive computer based issues and they were able to troubleshoot it and replace the right components. Laura and the team are great. But I'm not sure I'll buy another Ram. Many many issues, sad as it's a good looking truck but it spends a lot of time getting looked at. Poor service, they charged $27 labor to put on 1 lug nut when my 2500 Ram was already in the shop for an oil change. The air filter was never checked and the washer fluid was down almost a gallon. When I go when my 2500 Ram was already in the shop for an oil change. The air filter was never checked and the washer fluid was down almost a gallon. When I got home, I checked the air filter myself and found it to be black with dirt and I added 3/4 of a gallon of washer fluid. The service review showed that my tires were all 9/32 tread depth when in reality they were all 6/32. Makes me wonder if they really checked anything at all or just drained the oil and guessed at everything else. More
