I’ve always been pleasantly pleased with the service department and turn around time with oil changes, accommodations of car loaners except the last time my oil change took nearly an hour and 45 minutes department and turn around time with oil changes, accommodations of car loaners except the last time my oil change took nearly an hour and 45 minutes. I’m also waiting on a credit from the sales department regarding an option that was to be included with my Jeep Cherokee purchase over 2 years ago that I still haven’t seen.
