Over priced and not organized 278 dollars in labor to figure out my window switch was bad. Then wanted to charge me another 60 in labor to install it after the part was ordered. 278 dollars in labor to figure out my window switch was bad. Then wanted to charge me another 60 in labor to install it after the part was ordered. Had an oil change done at the same time. Asked for my multi point inspection sheet. Was told that if its not the normal oil change tech doing the oil change then they do not normally do the check sheet. I asked for one. They filled it out on the fly when I was there to pick up my window part. All green was checked- i know that some parts of my vehicle are not good, which told me that they just wrote it up to make me happy. Super xxxxty. Also miscommunication where they almost charged me for the wrong part. (Which i caught) Which was over 100.00 more than the part i needed. The only reason i brought my car there was due to Tanner is the only dealership that will deal with electrical issues on my dodge. Never been happy with there prices or charges. Will not take my vehicle back there . More

Only one concern All services and recalls performed as requested Replaced left rear coil spring go a second time to level out rear end. Left still rides over 1” lowe All services and recalls performed as requested Replaced left rear coil spring go a second time to level out rear end. Left still rides over 1” lower Was told it is within manufacturer tolerances but not mine. Maybe both springs need to be replaced to match. Looks really bad for one and a half year expensive truck. Hope to address this issue in the near future. Tonja was extremely pleasant to work with. More

horrible service dept Should be no stars. Took my Ram in for a recall repair and had them change the engine cooling fan at the same time. Got the truck back and the fan clu Should be no stars. Took my Ram in for a recall repair and had them change the engine cooling fan at the same time. Got the truck back and the fan clutch was not engaging. Worked fine when I brought it in and did not work when I picked it up. They did have to remove it from the truck to change the fan blade but were unwilling to accept responsibility for damaging it. First they said it was just a coincidence, then they tried giving me some BS about the bearing failing. They wanted almost $400 to replace it. My local independent mechanic did it for about $120. Had a bad experience with my wife's jeep there a couple years back so now I'm done for good. Never again will I go there and not only will I not recommend them I will rip them every chance I get. More
