I was able to communicate online/email for several days and put in a financing application that made the final paperwork a breeze. The vehicle was what I wanted and at a reasonable price. There were no attempts to upgrade me to something more expensive and no pressure to add financing/warranty options I wasn't interested in. And the coffee was terrific. More

When the part finally did come in they gave me a loaner vehicle while they did the repairs on my vehicle. I live 50 miles from this dealership so I can't just "pop over" on a moment's notice. Tonja was my service agent and she is very professional and efficient. More
