Mostly the sales people at Tampa Hondaland, just kept me waiting around & didn't seem to care about my needs & requirements. And it wasn't just me either. There were plenty of other people just sitting & waiting around & didn't seem to care about my needs & requirements. And it wasn't just me either. There were plenty of other people just sitting & waiting around for help & they just were not getting it. I don't know if it's because they didn't have enough sales people working or if their sales people or managers just aren't organized. Even though their paperwork, said they had certain vehicles, the vehicle I was interested in wasn't on their lot. It's possible someone could have been testing driving the car, but nevertheless it doesn't instill a lot confidence in the people working at Hondaland in Tampa. Plus getting a quote out of them is impossible too. They've obviously lost me as a customer. More
I have nothing nice whatsoever to say about this dealership. In the beginnig, they were very friendly, but after they dealt with us, they had a "we already got their money" attitude. My girlfriend dealership. In the beginnig, they were very friendly, but after they dealt with us, they had a "we already got their money" attitude. My girlfriend & I came there because both our cars broke down in less than a 24 hour period. We had no money down, so they wouldn't even allow us to walk the lot. They brought us what THEY wanted to "get rid of". It was a stickshift, which we didn't know how to drive, they insisted on giving us & after 3 hours trying to learn how to use it, we decided it wasn't a good idea. They wouldn't take it back until my girlfriend's father threatened to bring his lawyer there. He even had to pull the race card. The general manager was trying to lie & say he wasn't who he was, and that the real general manager turns his phone off at night. Now, if you're a "general manager", isn't it your JOB to be able to be contacted 24/7?!? If a general manager turns his phone off, then he SHOULDN'T BE A GENERAL MANAGER IN THE 1ST PLACE!!! They finally worked with us & brought us a 2003 Saturn Vue. That day we got there 8AM & after everything, we got home @ 11PM. Yes, 11PM!!! Things were cool for a while, just waiting for the tag. We got an oil change 11/21. Today we just realized the headlights wouldn't stop blinking when we locked the doors unless we hit the hazard button. Something told me to look under the hood. When I tried to pop the hood, The switch was dangling!!! They broke it & didn't even say anything about it!!! Being that it was a new car, they were hoping we wouldn't have a reason to look under the hood & by the time we discovered it was broken, it would be easier to say it was our fault. I'm not stupid!!! Now I have to spend one of the only days I have off, again, trying to correct ANOTHER problem they're responsible for, not to mention having to still go back TOMORROW after work to get another temporary tag because they STILL didn't mail us our tag yet, since 9/19. I hate Tampa Hondaland!!! I wouldn't recommend them to Satan himself!!! More
