We purchased a vehicle from Josh a couple of years ago so when my parents needed a car, I contacted him (and several other dealerships). Once we had agreed to the sale, we drove to the dealership, my parents chose the color they wanted and within a couple hours time we left with a brand new Honda Accord (top of the line, can't remember what it was called). Josh was exceptional as were the others we met during the process. I would highly recommend this dealership. More
I went into Tampa Hondaland knowing exactly what I was looking for. I was assisted by Jerry Spence in finding a Honda Civic that I desired. First, he made sure my family and I had something to eat. The food was delicious. Jerry did not try to sway me to buy anything other than what I was looking for. He asked what my price range was and he stuck to that. I did not feel any pressure to buy that day even though I was ready. Jerry was kind, patient and understood my specific needs. I left with a beautiful, red Honda Civic EX. The car is amazing! I have never left a dealership feeling so confident in a car and what I spent on the car. I feel it will last many years and I intend to go back to Jerry Spence at Tampa Hondaland when I am need of another car in the future. However, I may not be in the market for a long time. I feel this car will be dependable for many years to come. Thank you Jerry and Tampa Hondaland. I am a very satisfied customer! More
What a difference two years makes. Tampa Honda Land has made a complete turn around for the best. Great experience all round. I used USAA car buyer service and compared prices. I received three quotes fro different dealers... all were comparable. I went with Josh because he recalled my interest in a CR and compared prices. I received three quotes fro different dealers... all were comparable. I knew what she wanted as far as price and was just looking for a simple car to get her from point A to point B. I explained the situation to Jerry and he was very accommodating with telling me about all the deals as far as leasing, used cars and new cars. I thanked him for his time, took the books he gave me and went to tell my mother about the cars I had picked out. I explained to her the difference between getting a Honda and a Ford as that was the other car she was looking at. Both my sister and I have owned hondas so we know how reliable they are and how well they hold their value. I took her back to the dealership and introduced her to Jerry and He farther explained everything to her and let us take the car for a test drive. By the closing of Wednesday night after talking the car for my father to see and her doing some math in her head, she went home with a shinny new Civic. She is still very happy about her car and we have plans of bring my sister to the dealership when she comes into town for her new car. From the time I had my first Honda over 15 years ago to now, I have had nothing but the best service from everyone at Honda Land!!!! I had the opportunity to work with Paul Friedman when purchasing my 2010 Element. He was great!
