Tampa Hondaland was recommended by a friend. This was the first time I was buying a car from a major dealership. Fankly, I was either being hit on or trying to be conned into buying a car I didn't want that was overpriced to begin with. The whole experience at THL was a good one. I was never made to feel uncomfortable. When I said I didn't like or want THAT car, we moved on. I was asked what I was looking for, not shown what they thought I should buy. And everything I was looking for in a car, I found. Not only was my dealer very nice but every other staff member greeted me with a smile. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend THL, and will DEFINATELY be back there in a few years when I am on the prowl again. More

This is the third Honda that I have purchased - and by far the best experience! The staff were friendly, respectful, and reasonable. Our salesman was amazing. I contacted Darius first over the internet. He responded promptly and invited us in for a test drive on the vehicle we were interested in. When we arrived, a bit late, Darius was waiting for us with the key in hand making sure we got to drive this highly sought after vehicle before any other buyers. It felt like a friend was looking out for us. Even when it came to trading our beloved old vehicle, Darius not only helped us feel we'd gotten a fair deal, but also allowed us time to say goodbye to old vehicle. We never felt rushed or that we were taking up any time that he hoped to spend otherwise. Even after Darius spent quite a lot of time helping us work out some details, we never felt like he wished he was out selling another car to someone else. Again, we felt like he was working for us. When some concerns arose about the vehicle we purchased, Darius assured us not to worry. He told us he would personally assure our happiness with our choice, and after several long trips up to Tampa, Darius pulled through. We were so impressed by his willingness to personally speak to the service department on our behalf and to lend us loaner cars that actually helped assure us we'd bought the right vehicle. I heartily recommend Darius as a salesman. He is one of those rare salesmen who understands people--from his look-you-in-the-eye earnestness to his firm handshake to his quiet way of really listening when you tell him something. This guy's worth the drive. More

Having worked in the industry myself and having purchased quite a few automobiles I can honestly say this was by far our most enjoyable experience. Totally stress free, which is very important in my book, when making a decision you have to live with for quite a while. My wife and I are not impulse buyers so quite a few comparisions were made. We live in the Brandon, FL (Tampa area) and drove to Tampa Hondaland for their reputation. We do not like dealing with our local Honda dealership in Brandon. I do not like car shopping and been to other dealers. The other dealers just did not get what I was looking for. The sales person (Ali) not only took the time but understood what budget constraints I had and other dealers just did not get what I was looking for. This is my second Honda purchase thru Tampa Hondaland...my first experience was not so good...I was there all day long back in 2007...this time I did research on the internet late one night and Hondaland...my first experience was not so good...I was there all day long back in 2007...this time I did research on the internet late one night and Jerry called me the very next day...He understood I was on a budget and had to keep with it. He got me the car that I wanted with the payment that I could live with. Jerry was wonderful throughout the whole process, he answered all of my questions, I test drove the 2010 Honda CRV last night and leased it this morning. The best and fastest process ever, it was wonderful; even with signing everything in the finance dept. I will recommend Jerry Spence to anyone who wants to purchase a new or used vehicle...
