This dealership is the first one I have been able to work with over the internet. No one else will negotiate prices over the internet, they insist on a visit or phone call. I had been looking for a vehicle for at least 6 months and dealers need to realize that some people are not comfortable being pressured in a showroom. Tampa Hondaland is an exception. More
Let me start off by saying that the 3 people I dealt with were all fantastic. I was in the car business for a couple of years so I have met and seen all types. From the Sales Person Don, to his Sales Manage were all fantastic. I was in the car business for a couple of years so I have met and seen all types. From the Sales Person Don, to his Sales Manager Josh, to the General Manager Tom, they treated me fairly and respectfully. I came in with a trade and walked out with a new Accord EX-L. Other than the paperwork process taking a bit too long, the overall experience was great. Now here is what really impressed me. During the negotiations, there was one condition that was offered by the Sales Manager verbally, that didn't get carried forward into the actual paperwork for the deal. It ended up costing me the equivalent of one month's payment over and above what I expected. The next day, I called Don and asked him if he remembered what was said during the negotiations and he agreed with my position and subsequently followed up with Josh. Josh agreed with my position as well, even though there was nothing in writing to substantiate my claim - just my word. Folks, they made it right by refunding the extra payment and even offered an additional service "for my troubles". From my experience, situations like these do not work out in the customer's favor 9 out of 10 times. I can't say enough about how this dealership handled the situation. This was my first experience with this dealership and as long as I am in the market for a Honda, it won't be my last. Bravo gentlemen! More

I went in knowing I was upside down in my '08 Elantra. Needed something bigger. I had a budget to meet as well. Felix understood my needs and worked with me so I could get out of my little car and into the CR-V, 09' with 5800 miles, certified used. LOVE my CR-V, especially because I got it at a good deal. Even though I had to include the bad equity from my trade-in, I got a relatively new car at a payment I could afford. Many other dealers in the area were not willing to work with me in this situation. I have EXCELLENT credit and went in to these dealers pre-approved. They just had to be willing to work with me. We own a 2007 Honda S-2000 with 12000 miles. We had a problem with the top. The mechanism punched a whole in the top requiring replacement at a cost of $2,000. They said it was partly our fault because we didn't use the boot and we had to pay $500. This is a car that was rarely driven and rarely did we use the convertible top ( 6 times a year). It was always kept in the garage. This should have been fully covered by warranty. We are very happy with our car, but not happy how Honda treated us. More

He did not pressure me to make any rash decisions, and allowed me to take a few days to make my final decision. I am so glad that I did not purchase a car anywhere else, or from anyone else! From the moment I contacted the sales department about my inquiry of a Civic, Don immediately returned my phone call and was eager to help me find the perfect buy. After test driving the car, on Monday (5/24/2010), I knew that I was not leaving without making a purchase. Don made this process painless and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend the dealership, and specifically Don to my friends and family. I look forward to doing business with him in the future. I believe that he is a tremendous asset to Tampa Hondaland's sales team. Although I have only owned my Honda for only a few hours, I am already very pleased with the quality of my new car. As a recent college graduate, I am happy with my option of utilizing Honda's Graduate Program. This process of buying a new car could not have been anymore rewarding to me. More
I called this dealer ship in the morning looking for the Civic Si, and explained to them that I was very interested in purchasing this car and that I would be traveling 3 hours to get there. Carson held the car for me until I arrived to ensure I would have the opportunity to make the purchase after traving so far. Once there, Smith ensured that I obtained the car at the price I was asking and negotiated with myself and his assocites until we came to an agreement. Carson then ensured my car was washed and had a full tank of gas proir to my leaving. Having to return the following day, Carson again ensured proir to my leaving that I had a full tank of gas as well as a clean car. Athena was very polite and explained all paperwork in full and allowed ample time for me to review the forms and answered all my questions throughout the process. More
I arranged to purchase a brand new 2010 vehicle. When I arrived the vehicle had over 300 miles and had body work done in the past. I pointed this out to the salesperson and told him I would not purchase a vehicle for a brand new price that had over 300 miles on it and had been in an accident. I am very dissapointed that a dealership would allow their sales agents to sell a car that had been in an accident with poor body repair done for a new vehicle price without informing the new customer. I will never recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from Tampa Honda Land. More

Throughout our car buying experience, Julian was extremely personable and friendly to us. He sat down with us to ensure he had a full understanding of what we were looking for and what options we were interested in. During the test drive, Julian was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and was quick in responding to our questions. His overall professionalism and personality contributed significantly in our decision to purchase a new Honda Pilot. If Julian is not the first to greet you when you arrive at the dealership, we highly recommend asking for him for a great car buying experience! More
I have to commend Paul and Ali for a job well done. These guys went above and beyond what they were required to do to make sure I was happy. Since I purchased the car late in the afternoon I was at the deale guys went above and beyond what they were required to do to make sure I was happy. Since I purchased the car late in the afternoon I was at the dealership well after closing time and was never rushed so people could get home quicker. Even after all of this Paul took the time to sit down in the car with me and go over the different features the car had. Once I got home with my car it would not start back up. I quickly called Paul and he brought a battery down to my house and put it in himself. He did all this with a smile on his face the entire day. I dont think you will ever find a duo like Paul and Ali. More
