The service department is excellent, makes it a pleasure to bring your car in, which is normally not pleasant. Sales, Paul, and the sales team including the sales manager and the finance dept., made it as to bring your car in, which is normally not pleasant. We had very bad experience with Tampa Hondaland dealership. The reason we went to Tampa Hondaland because my friend bought a car there. We went there in Dec. 20 and asked Gary Drews if can give us dealership. The reason we went to Tampa Hondaland because my friend bought a car there. He said the Manufacture suggested sale price went up $1000 every year, then he print price sheet from 2009 to 2011. We found the price in 2009 is little higher than 2011. We also found the sticker price(price on car window) he shown to us was even higher than the real price shown on the cars. He didn't believe me when I told him the price was wrong, then we went outside to check. He just realized he was wrong and offered a new price to us. We didn't buy a car this time because we didn't trust what he said. A dealer even doesn't know the price for a car he is selling and says anything he wants. How can they give you a reasonable price? More
I have now bought two vehicles at your dealership both through the internet. I have found buying this way, I get the best price with no hassels this way, its fast and easy. The only reason I gave you a 4 is I had stopped in and recived a price on the vehicle I eventally bought that was higher than what I got thruogh the internet, that I did not appericate. Otherwise your dealership is great I only wish it was closer to my house. More
This was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Darius was straight forward and no nonsense. We worked the deal over the Internet and the out the door price was agreed upon before I ever set foot in the dealership. The got it started, I drove to HondaLand, they confirmed the battery was defective, put in a new battery, missed my appt, was late to my next one. Wasn't counting on that with a new car. More
I have bought my cars at Hondaland for the past 10 years. I bought 2 cars the last time I was in there, 2005 accord and 2006 accord. I got very frustrated with the whole situation because I do have a job and it takes away from my job when I am faxing over 4 times the information she requested, and got a ok that it did go through and even emailed her the information requested and got a return receipt as well, meaning she opened the email and did receive it. I also, signed up to get Lo Jack for my car and was told, I would hear from them 1 week after I bought the vechile and nobody called, nothing. This has truelly been the worst experience that I have ever had at Hondaland before and would probally not refer any of my family or friends there. I am not a happy customer. Working with Nick Wisneski and Paul Friedman at Tampa Hondaland was an amazing experience. They were both wonderful to work with and made sure I knew everything I needed to know about the car I wanted and the purchasing process. I was surprised at how easy and straight forward the process was! I found the dealership through the USAA program and came into the dealership well-informed on pricing and features for the car I wanted. I came away with a great deal without any hassles. There was not one instance of being oversold or pushed into anything extra. I had the best time working with them! Nick is the best salesperson I have ever worked with. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and just plain fun to be around. I will definitely be recommending this dealership to anyone I know looking for a car! More
I sent an Email to the website and got an immediate call from Nick. We discussed the vehicle to aq great degree on the phone and I ended up making a test drive the next day. Since I was unsure of visability thru the hatchback, Nick and the manager graciously gave me the car (which ended up for several days) and I learned to love the car and bought it - a 2010 Honda Accord Crosstour. We closed the deal January 3rd. Since then I returned to get window tinting and was give a loaner car overnight. When I picked up my car the tinting job was done perfectly and my car was washed! Overall great experience. I have already recommended Nich and the dealership. I will be using Tampa Hondaland for my service needs on my new Honda in the future. More

Nick walked us through the process, we came to a good deal for us and the dealership, and Nick spent the time to understand what we wanted, what we wanted to spend, and work with us to make the deal happen before Year End. Nick is what a sales person should be.... very laid back, listens to his customer, go to bat for you with his manager, and works the deal from begining to end with honesty, integrity, and respect.... What he tells you is the truth, no gimicks, no once in your the dealership...oh this is more money.. He tells you the price, and that is it, and with us...got us even a better deal when we actually shaw him in person. What a great asset for this dealership, for Honda, and gives car salesmen a great reputation. More
