i recently purchased an automobile from Tampa Honda Land and it was an enjoyable experience right from the very beginning. Every staff member i met was polite and friendly especially my salesman, Osman Kha and it was an enjoyable experience right from the very beginning. With his persistence and patience over a two day period he was able to find a car i was absolutely thrilled to drive and with Tansel's help we were able to make the financing happen. Thank you very much for making this the best car buying experience i have ever had. I look forward to doing business with Tampa Honda Land again and will gladly recommend them to all my friends. More
Yesterday we purchased a pre-owned 2012 Honda CR-V EX-L with 11,000 miles on it. Nick Wisneski was our sales consultant. His great sense of humor, the absence of any pressure, his willingness to take the price WE insisted upon to the General Manager reflected his helpfulness. After we agreed on a price, he was very helpful in explaining all of the vehicle features that we didn't know about (e.g., how to connect cell phone to the car's bluetooth) and making us feel as though we were very valuable to him and to the dealership. In addition, Dan Moser, the dealership General Manager was also very cordial. In fact it was Mr. Moser who actually suggested the specific vehicle for Nick to show us that we eventually purchased, after looking at and/or driving (and declining) 3 or 4 earlier cars). Finally Mr. Moser was very gracious in accepting our final purchase offer. We have been buying cars from Tampa Hondaland since 1983. When Mr. Long, the former owner (with whom I used to deal directly) sold the dealership about 3 or 4 years ago, I was worried that I wouldn't be able to get as good a price or as pleasant a sales experience any longer. Those worries were put aside after this recent experience. I can heartily recommend the sales consultant Nick Wisneski and the dealership as a whole. More

The dealer called and promised us many times to give the price we asked, but they increased the price when we went to their store every time. Their finance manager, Andy Johnson, is the worst person I have met. The dealer told us to offer lower interest rate for car loan, but when we went to Andy Johnson's office to do final paperwork, he was very rude and said "the interest rate for your car loan is 5.99%. To make your decision quickly weather or not to buy the car, I'm tired and want to go home." We were shocked. Our credit score is more than 720 and it still had 3 hours left for their closing. Being a finance manager,Andy Johnson expressed such bad work attitude. If our car, we only have the car, wasn't died on the road and Tampa Hondaland was the closest dealership for us, we won't buy any car from them ever. We are still very annoyed with this experience.We won't recommend any people to them. My friend has same experience as me too. If you can buy a car from other dealership, don't go Tampa Hondaland. They are LIAR and RUDE. More

Our salesman was patient and really took an interest in finding out what we wanted and expected from our new vehicle. He was very patient and never gave us the hard sell feeling. In the end, we left feeling like we had received a very fair deal and a car that was everything we'd hoped for and more. I would recommend Tampa HondaLand to anyone looking for a great place to buy a car. Ask for Daniel, he is a great person to work with! More

The friendly atmosphere,competency, politenes, and extensive knowledge of john and matt made the purchase a reality. The patience, and compusure of John during an exaustive issue with an insurance company was hard to describe. As an old Honda costumer,the change was felt positively, when Matt said just sign the papers. I said "you mean there is no hassle!!! My honda Fit was mine at the best rate. down paymentand my color red... but wait.. the best of the best was the ability of John, and Honda to get my grandson his first car, with the litle money he had, and,a new one at that ,.considering the insurance issue encountered. WOW>>WOW!!!!!!Thank you John, Matt and Honda. Hope to bring you more costumers in the near future. More
I had overall a horrible experience at Hondaland in Tampa, Hondaland lied to me and my husband to sell us our new 2011 CRV-EXL instead of a 2012 in October 2011 by telling us that there was NO differen Tampa, Hondaland lied to me and my husband to sell us our new 2011 CRV-EXL instead of a 2012 in October 2011 by telling us that there was NO difference except a few cosmetic changes between the 2011 and 2012 so we should take the lease deal on the 2011 instead of waiting for a 2012. They said they were not on the lot yet. Just a month or so later Hondaland sent us one of their mass mailings about how dramatically changed the new 2012 CRV was from the 2011 with now standard fog lights, backup camera and econo mode engine features along with other upgrades.. plus.. the lease payment was much less now for the same car, and at other Honda dealerships we received mailers indicating even less payments and no down payment required.. we had put $2K down and were paying well over $100 per month from what they were advertising to same lease on 2012 CRV! We were disgusted and let them know the answer basically was "uhh"... or in effect so what... More
I filled out on online request for more info on an Accord and John contacted me within 5 min. He was very friendly, not pushy, and invited me in. Dealer very annoying and actually almost eliminated themselves from my search process. Calling me every hour and several times, calling me three times within five minutes, in spite of my request for t themselves from my search process. I was considering paying 500 more at another dealer because of the number of calls I received. I doubt if I would ever consider going back to that dealer when it is time to replace one of my other cars. To who ever reads this: PLEASE DO NOT call me with an apology or explanation. Also - a suggestion for improved customer service.....this is the first vehicle I ever purchased where all of my papers were handed to me in a a white business envelope. The small business envelope was really not large enough to hold all of the papers so I just kinda crammed them in there. All of the dealerships I have bought cars from in the past gave me at least a folder that would easily hold my paperwork. I actually thought the finance guy was kidding when he handed me an envelope to put all of my papers in.......he wasn't kidding!!! More
