I plan on reporting this Honda dealership directly to Honda. First of all, the young man that we dealt with was so arrogant and cocksure - he walked up to our car before we even had a chance to put Honda. Then everything was about HIM. I don't think he even listened to what we really were looking for. We had seen a price on the internet and he tried to doubletalk us about why that price was not actually the price. BULL - don't advertise a price if you can't even come close to that price. He made us wait for a manager, which we did not want to do but he said it was his job, so we indulged him. He said it would be no more than 3 minutes. 15 minutes later we were still waiting all the while observing the dealership, watching the salespeople hovering and attacking each person at their vehicle. We left with a very bad taste in our mouth and would NEVER come back to this place. More
