Serviced here first time ever and will be back for very long Recently bought two Hondas there and by accident knew that Mary Kress is there now; I had been going to her for car services for many years while she Recently bought two Hondas there and by accident knew that Mary Kress is there now; I had been going to her for car services for many years while she was at a different Honda dealership and was always happy with her service. I guess I was lucky, so without second thought I took my wife's Acura there yesterday for a routine maintenance. Mary was still same Mary and she seemed happier and yes I can tell that the dealership appreciates her and knows her value. For a $33 service, she treated me the same as servicing a $300 service. This is how you get your customers and I certainly will take all my vehicles to Tampa Honda for service from now on and hope this relationship will last for many many years. Btw, you need to update the Service employee list - Mary Kress is not even listed. More
