I was forgotten I took my business to Sun Toyota. When you have a person say he will call you back right after a customer i EXPECT a call. When a man can't keep his word do you expect me to believe the next thing to come out of his mouth as a salesman...and then i get wrong information about that exchange leasing program. Since i was approved for a pre owned xchange lease car he told me to find a car on the online inventory that meets ubers requirements...so i do my research and spend two hours on it for him to call me back the next day (around 8 p.m i might add) and tell me we only offer 2015 and 2016 cars. Sounds like to me he needs to go through retraining on that program. I was also told by your receptionist a manager was going to call me around 12 in the afternoon on Friday when he got in. Did that ever happen? No! I decided to finance instead at Sun Toyota. After i told my mother (a four year customer and has financed two cars through Tampa Honda) she will no longer be returning to you. I believe i was given all this heartache bc i was asking about the xchange leasing program instead of going straight to finance. Treat all your customers the same More
