Sold a vehicle that was not as described. Had I been concealed carrying that day, god knows where that evening could've went. More

Do not trust this dealership! They play the bait & switch game! I saw a vehicle I wanted & drove over an hour to test drive it. When I arrived they kept me waiting while they "searched for the keys". Tampa Honda has the most unprofessional staff & worst customer service. I had dropped my car off to be serviced & they had to keep it for observation. There were quite a few missteps. While I had disregarded the dirty loaner car with crumbs & dog hair everywhere. But Saturday’s debacle when I went to go pick up my car was a nightmare. Tampa Honda left me a message at 3:55 P.M stating my car was ready & they closed at 5 pm. I called them back at 4:20PM stating I was on my way & would be there by 4:45. I arrived by 4:47 P.M & was waiting in the service line. I saw 2 service managers look at me and one of the younger guy who is a runner saw me but no one assisted me. And I waited there patiently b/c I every time I come there appt or not there's a 10 to 15 min wait .Around 5:00 the 2 service manager gather their belongings and leave & looked me in my face. I had to call the sales dept and stated I was waiting in the service area waiting . And I get a sigh & ma'am we're closed. I reiterate I was there by 4:47 pm & 3 of your employees saw me. Explained that I had their loaner & was there to pick my car. Then the service manager finally comes at 5:03 P.M with an attitude & hands me keys & the paperwork says we closed at 5. Once again, I tell him I was there by 4:47 & 3 ppl saw me. I'm waiting for 5 mins more. And I notice my paperwork has the incorrect email address. And I knock on the service manager asking where is my car. He states they have no one to bring my car and finally points me in the direction of my car. The service manager made it a point to tell me Honda was closed but I’m supposed to be a magician and guess where my car is. They did work on my car now it’s making a squealing noise. More

Anyways, I Spoke with Mr. Ragland "Millhouse" and was greeted with a warm welcome. They offered, a friendly atmosphere here which was cleary lacking at Brandon. Millhouse was 1000 times more professional then the staff at Brandon. So much that I bought a car there on the spot. I was in and out in about an hour. Tampa Honda was quick, efficient, and very fair. I will be sending all referrals that way. Every staff member there was polite, courteous, and all around good, honest people. You don't realize how much these qualities mean to you until you come from another dealership which I am now referring to as a train wreck. I can't say enough positive things about this company. All I can say is go here if you want to walk away feeling happy about your purchase. The same cannot be said for other dealerships in the area. More

Nothing but problems from day one. First they didn’t put the correct information on my title. Instead of mailing it, I had to go there to pick up the corrected one. They did not pay off my trade in vehicle so I started getting collection calls. They said it was paid off a month ago but the company hasn’t received it. Tampa Honda said they didn’t get some of the paperwork. I didn’t get my statement on the new payments because they had my address wrong. Full of incompetence. My advice is to go elsewhere. More
