Horrible Experience, Lied just to get us there. I called Tampa Honda and talked to Chavely Garcia. I was looking for either white or silver Honda CRV in a specific year and she told me that they had I called Tampa Honda and talked to Chavely Garcia. I was looking for either white or silver Honda CRV in a specific year and she told me that they had a handful of them. she said they had two whites two Silvers and one blue. And she confirmed that she had the vehicles on site at this sales lot. She then set up an appointment for us at 5:15 p.m. Next, we get a call from a Salesman Mike. He asked when we would like to come in. This raised a red flag immediately and made us think there is no communication here. We literally just set up an appointment with the other girl. Once we finally arrived there, 45 minutes after sitting in traffic, we walk in the door and get a call asking us how our appointment went. I told them I had just arrived and hadn't even been attended to yet. So then the salesman Mike tries to sell us a brown a red and a gray CRV. Mike tells us that there are no silver or white C RVs on their lot. So, we were directly lied to just to get into the door. Very frustrating to say the least. What a waste of time and gas. We talked to the sales manager. He was very nice and understood where we were coming from but he didnt have the vehicle we were looking for so there wasn't much he could do. An apology would have been nice at the very least, not to mention, any kind of reimbursement for gas or time but that didn't happen. I will not be recommending this dealership to anyone. In fact, I will tell people to please stay away from this disorganized, unreliable dealership. There are many other reliable Honda dealerships out there. More

I went in looking for a Honda Civic, and found the Hatchback version which I fell in love with. They were more than happy to walk me through the details of the process, which was great since I had never leased before. Would highly recommend this location, they have a great team! More

Wonderful Experience! I visited Tampa Honda on 1/25/17 looking to upgrade my vehicle. I had a 2011 Honda Accord Coupe LX that was running just fine, but it had a huge dent I visited Tampa Honda on 1/25/17 looking to upgrade my vehicle. I had a 2011 Honda Accord Coupe LX that was running just fine, but it had a huge dent on one side, and a busted tail light. I didn't have high hopes as to what I would be able to trade it in for, but I was very set on what I wanted my next car to be. With that being said, I went into Tampa Honda looking for a 2017 Honda Accord Sedan, EX. Mike was the first sales rep who was helping me out, but then Tony took over. Tony was super personable, funny, and professional. He truly wanted to get me the best vehicle within my budget. He relentlessly worked with me and the finance manager so we could come to an agreement on price and payment. I didn't feel like I was being persuaded or cheated, I genuinely felt supported and understood. Once we settled on a payment that I could afford, I then was handed over to Damien, the finance manager. His demeanor was similar to Tony's - personable, knowledgeable, and an absolute joy to do business with. He explained all of my options to me as if he were my friend, not a pushy dealership employee that we all hear horror stories about. I truly walked away with the car of my dreams, a fantastic APR, monthly payments that weren't going to burn a hole in my pocket, and a big smile. All in one day. Not to mention I got there super late and both Tony and Damien stayed helping me until past 11:00 PM. I have so much respect for these gentlemen and for the service they've provided me with. Mike, Tony, and Damien are true professionals and most importantly true customer service specialists. More

He was welcoming and professional and even brought me a cold bottle of water while I waited for Diego. Diego greeted me on the drive and was very attentive while I explained my reason for being here. He was extremely knowledgeable and moreover, took the time to explain everything being done to my vehicle. Once my car had been serviced he went over my invoice and offered to schedule me my next service appointment. All in all, I was extremely happy in the way I felt during my visit. I will definitely be back. More

The service quality has ranged from great to mediocre. Ray Maxwell, however, has always provided honest dependable service. He is friendly, professional, and always does his best to deliver your vehicle on time, the first time. I always enjoy working with Ray Maxwell. He's the best! More

However, today I had an appointment for a change of oil and was given a lecture because I did not want to change the brake and transmission fluids. The Attendant was very pessimistic and demanding and even at the end, he tried to tell me how bad was my car which is not correct. It was not a pleasant experience. I will continue to have my car maintained at this dealership and will do the necessary maintenance when we are ready. Thank you for the opportunity to give you my opinion. More
