Above and Beyond Service Drew Calvert was the staff member who was in charge of my A123 maintenance, as well as tire & brake pad replacements. He was very professional, courte Drew Calvert was the staff member who was in charge of my A123 maintenance, as well as tire & brake pad replacements. He was very professional, courteous and friendly, walked me through the maintenance about to be done on the car and took the time to show me where I could wait. But that wasn't all. At the end, he actually went above and beyond and even got me a replacement keychain for my keys, as they had been dropped on the ground earlier by someone else--bending the original keychain out of shape. As a new customer at this Honda dealership, I was very impressed by the dealership and Drew in particular. Keep it up! More
