I worked with Chad Whalen from internet sales, who was friendly, professional and committed to finding exactly what my son wanted (a black Civic Coupe EX-L). The vehicle was not in stock however knowing he needed to take delivery ASAP, Chad located one in Sarasota and drove down to pick it up the very same day. I've never purchased from Tampa Honda let alone negotiated via text, so I went in that evening somewhat skeptical that we would in fact arrive to find the exact car with the exact lease terms, without having some sort of caveat thrown in. I was pleased to find Chad delivered on all accounts. He spent time with my son explaining all the bells and whistles on the car, even lended his IPhone USB to sync the phone to the car. There is truly no car in its class that competes with this Civic. Thank you Chad, for making Trey's first new car buying experience seamless! Ramon Camacho and Brett in finance were also great to work with. They understood and respected my son's budget, without high pressure sales pitches for extra services/warranties....these were of course offered, but not aggressively, which I appreciated. They were also patient and helpful while I explained the ins and outs of leasing to my son. Nice job, Tampa Honda! You've built a great team and earned my loyalty. My daughter turns 16 next spring and I will be back to check out your used inventory. More
