The Honda Family This was my first Honda and first new car and it was a very pleasant experience. Disappointed!! I went to the service center today right after work like I usually do. While I waited for a service advisor, the sweet runners kept on apologizing to I went to the service center today right after work like I usually do. While I waited for a service advisor, the sweet runners kept on apologizing to me because of the wait. I was waiting for 30 minutes for at least one glance from a service advisor. After 30 minutes the service runner came back up to me to tell me he went to the back to ask how long I would be waiting so he told me at least 2 hr wait for an oil change and it was my choice to stay. I wouldn't have been so upset if they had told me this from the beginning.Though the person which arrived 20 min. after me had a service advisor approach her and take care of her I still did not have the appropriate individual approach me. Disappointed that I didn't seem important enough for anybody but the service runner.... Sigler18 More
