If I could, I’d rate Tampa Honda zero stars. The last time I brought my car in, their service department crushed my wheel stud so badly, that they were afraid to replace it for fear of damaging The last time I brought my car in, their service department crushed my wheel stud so badly, that they were afraid to replace it for fear of damaging the wheel without having the correct parts on hand to fix their mistake should anything happen. They sent me home with the crushed wheel stud and said they would order the required parts. I tried for months to follow up but there was always some reason they didn’t have the part on hand and could fix the issue. I could never get ahold of anyone in the service department. I finally gave up and took it elsewhere and paid to have Tampa Honda’s mistake fixed. More

I contacted johnanna about trading in my car for a atlas they had she seem rush everytime I talked to her so she sent me a email for my vehicle information I sent it over I never heard back from her I calle they had she seem rush everytime I talked to her so she sent me a email for my vehicle information I sent it over I never heard back from her I called sunday asked to speak to her the guy put me on hold for 2 minutes someone came and picked up the phone and hung up in my face this is exactly why I didn't just show up to there office you can tell alot with interaction with people hopefully this isn't a reflection of company. I was scammed and taken advantage of traded my previous brought vehicle from them and purchased another vehicle thinking everything was fine all to find out months later that someone signed me an my spouse brought vehicle from them and purchased another vehicle thinking everything was fine all to find out months later that someone signed me an my spouse name on finance papers and we never seen them before.Brought it up to sales manager Wes but he just tried to sweep it under rug called an spoke to with Gm Dan an still nothing has been done so I’m seeking legal counsel this is fraud an totally unexpected.Had to obtain original copy from finance company who quickly blamed the dealership. Had an oil change last September. Noticed my front skid plate hanging down. Took it into Hendrick Honda and they fixed it. Said bolts had backed out and were gone along with some clips. Mechanic said it looked as though they had not been tightened down. Called Tampa Honda and talked to Ricardo Reyes and he said no way that happened and would not own up to it. He said he would talk to his supervisor Joe Ocasio. He never got back to me. I called Joe Ocasio and he said he would look into it. I even had a statement from Hendrick saying they had fallen out. I have tried to call Joe on four different occasions and he refuses to return my calls. Their answer is he's out in the shop. Had another issue with an oil change and again they were more worried about their service ratings than doing a good job. I requested that Joe Ocasio's supervisor give me a call. Guess what? Still waiting. I have bought 3 Honda's and have had good luck with all three. Tampa Honda service seems to be more worried about service people getting good reviews than anything else. I would not recommend them to my enemies! I am taking my business elsewhere! Rude and unprofessional! More

I recently purchased a car from them and the all around experience was down right wrong.. I purchased a 2020 Honda Civic hatchback sport and had taken it home and noticed something was wrong with the front end of the car so I contacted the dealership to let them know, when I contacted them Ali (who was my sales guy) kept giving me a run around and would tell me he was getting grilled by his manager and would keep making up excuses as to why I couldn't bring my car in to be looked at, so I ended up getting sick with impetigo and was quarantined for two weeks, when I got feeling better I went to the dealership and spoke with the sales manager about everything that happened.. mind you I have evidence and more issues with my car popped up including water being retained in the back passenger door, a leak in my hack door, a squeaky belt, and there wasn't even washer fluid in my windshield wipers.. I had taken pictures of the car before I took it off the lot like any excited person would when they get a new car.. anyway that experience was horrible because he was basically calling me a lier till I pulled out my phone and showed him proof of the crack on the front the water draining out of my door for almost 2 mins and he backed away and started acting more on my side.. he goes inside talks with his manager and gives me a slip for my inconvenience and to have the part fixed/replacement.. mind you I live over an hour away so I putting miles and spending money on gas to get to Tampa Honda.. any way I have to come back to get my car fixed, they tell me there is an issue with my battery and that it might need to be replaced.. so why did you sell me a car with a faulty battery? okay.. so I go and get my parts fixed the tally for what's wrong with my car is at what 5 or 6 issues? majority of the issues was there before I even purchased the car.. so anyway i get my part fixed and when they bring me my car the bottom front end where the flares are looks like it's broken so I bring it to their attention and Ali even brings out another person to look at it and he says that it's broken and needs to be replaced.. what does Ali do take it to the service department and they do nothing to fix the piece.. I'm completely dissatisfied with my experience at Tampa Honda and I will not be spending anymore of my hard earned money there.. I put alot of money down on the car and honestly I regret it.. I'm shocked that they would do this to me and I'm still waiting to hear back from the service advisor about my experience and it's been almost a week.. so just goes to show you they don't car about their customers.. will not be doing business here again.. Terrible place they sold me and my wife a bad. Car. As soon as we bought the car it began to have issues and check engine lights come on. They had our car for way over a month and we didn't own th Car. As soon as we bought the car it began to have issues and check engine lights come on. They had our car for way over a month and we didn't own the car for more than Two months at that time. Per dealership prior to buying the car it was inspected and maintenance was done but car is still having issues and they are not willing to help. We've asked to speak to a manager and no one has called us and when we told him we would consult and attorney Juan told me that if we had acquired an attorney he could no longer talk to me or my wife. They took our money and after they sold us a bad car complained about having spent 3k on repairs instead of just doing what they're supposed to do. I've missed days of work and my kids have missed days of school over this. My car is now at another dealership and even though I was told the car had warranty I'm being asked to pay 1300 for additional repairs and Honda land will not help you even though they claim to have spent 3k on the car and sending it to the same dealership for repairs. Within teo minths of owning this car we had to take it bacl 5 times. On top of all of this the car we traded in, they decided to pay off almost three months later and ruined my wife's credit. All around terrible and this place should be shut down if this is the BAU attitude..you mean nothing to them other than a paycheck. More
My finance guy took so long to pay off my trade that I was charged another payment and ended up paying extra interest because they didn’t pay it off on time. Then trying to get my money back from the deal was charged another payment and ended up paying extra interest because they didn’t pay it off on time. Then trying to get my money back from the dealership has been a chore and more than a month later they are sending my check regular mail because what’s the rush after all. I won’t be buying another car from here. More
When my 2020 Honda Pilot wouldn't start at 4:00 pm on the Friday of Fourth of July weekend, I freaked out thinking our plans for the entire weekend would be shot. Happened to think to reach out to Courtney Meade, the GM of Tampa Honda to see if anyone on his team could possibly work me in last minute. Not only did he make the impossible, possible, but he met me at my vehicle with Ricky, the service manager, as soon as I pulled in. When I found out it was the battery that needed to be replaced I was pleasantly surprised to learn that they got it 100% taken care of under warranty by Honda. Not only was I in and out in under 90 minutes but we saved a ton of money from just running to Advance Auto and trying to do the work myself. Thank you for being AWESOME, Tampa Honda!!! We will definitely be back... And an extra big SHOUT OUT to Ricky for helping me diagnose a cruise control issue I had after the fact. You were incredibly patient and detailed with your responses... and it was absolutely appreciated! More
Had my Honda Accord in for trouble with the starter. Service department told me I needed a new battery even though I told them it wasn't the battery. Tampa Honda service department took no responsibility and the manager refuses to speak with me to address the issue. More
