Ray met me in the service area and had me wait less than a minute in his air conditioned office as he checked my vehicle for any service required beyo Ray met me in the service area and had me wait less than a minute in his air conditioned office as he checked my vehicle for any service required beyond an oil change and tire rotation. He then completed all the necessary paperwork and showed me to the waiting area. He gave me a very precise wait time. In a large and very comfortable waiting area, which contained several available workstations which I used to get caught up on news and work as I waited. The area also had a nice coffee machine which produced very good coffee which I really appreciated. (It also had several varieties of freshly baked cookies which I, with great difficulty, resisted.) Occupied on the available workstation, the time flew by. Ray came and got me at almost exactly the estimated time he had given me. My service was complete and included a free car wash and my vehicle had even been vacuumed. All-in-all it was a great experience. More
