First brand new car purchase My sales guy, Make Pelletier, was great. He knew a great deal about the features of the car, and walked me through everything. The sales portion of the experience was great; much better than the experience I had at another Honda dealership in the area where the sales person was not very well-versed in the features of the vehicle that I was looking at. The finance guy that I worked with was great as well. The only minor issue that I had was that the finance department was understaffed, so there was a fairly large time lag between sealing the deal on the car, and then being able to work out the finance end and leave. But Mike was great through that part of the process as well and took me outside to the car and showed me some additional features. More
