Thank you, Dan, for reaching out , Car buying should be pleasant experience, not a stab in the back and stealing from your customers, that's what happened to us, we trusted the sales manager and he promised to deal honestly with us but he lied about the whole deal, he never mentioned the rebate Honda is giving to customers, he stole the rebate from us, WHY??He lied about the dealer installed options, the window tint was the only thing done to the car, that was obvious. The finance manager lied about Honda is starting to use Chevrolet transmissions in the Hondas, to up sell us on the Service contract and maintenance contract, the payment was packed with maintenance contract, how would you feel if you were in our place?? We should have walked out of there without signing, and gone to another Honda dealership, my wife liked the Accord, I noticed the theft of the rebate when we got home. We are never coming back to the dealership ever again to talk to the lying sales manager, he is a piece of trash, if you can send us a check for the rebate amount that was stolen from us , maybe we will feel there is some honesty there, if not, i hope the dealership owned by LITHIA MOTORS FEELS GOOD ABOUT STEALING FROM CUSTOMERS!! Try and be honest with your customers, in sales and finance, it goes a long way!! Honda is a good car, please don't ruin their name!! Make car buying a pleasant experience not dishonest!!

I found the same vehicle at lorenzo nissan with 13000 less miles and $2500 less and much better condition.. but thanks for your response . Big difference in car price listed online. Your listing was 18500 online and when I went to purchase the actual price out the door was 25500 who wouldn't get pissed off .I wrote a check for 23000 and gave agood offer to be rejected REALLY WOW.
