Jorge was at lunch by the time I got there and Hanani Kekuewa attended to my 2015 Accord. This is the second dead battery within two years and I can not say enough for your service personnel!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SADAKUT ALI WITH A FIVE STARS! Ali is the best Sales Man at Tampa Honda. He is very helpful, Honest and a Man of his words. I bought a 2015 Honda Fit about 3 weeks ago. My first week with the car I don't know if I left the lights inside the car on, the car won't start, I took it to the Dealership Tampa Honda, Ali he went to service department with me and have them check the battery for me. So Today I went back to Tampa Honda to buy a gallon Antifreeze/Coolant to keep in the car like I always do, keep an extra Antifreeze/Coolant, Motor Oil, Brake Fluid in the car. I totally forgot that I have a 2 years of service, plus this is my first Honda I never had a Honda car before. While I was leaving, I saw Mr Ali and told him I came to buy some Antifreeze / Coolant to keep in the car, then he reminds me that I have a 2 years of service. Thank you Sir for your help.
