She was honest, thorough, knows her product well and did not pressure us, she also worked hard to get us the price we wanted, she partnered with Derrick to make this happen. Bad experience buying new HR-V Even though I had an appointment on Friday at 6pm to do the paperwork to buy an HR-V, I still ended up spending 3.5 hours there finishing up paperwork Even though I had an appointment on Friday at 6pm to do the paperwork to buy an HR-V, I still ended up spending 3.5 hours there finishing up paperwork. And there were very few customers that evening. In addition, their finance department practices hard sell tactics where they try to sell you everything they can throw at you. I declined on the Pro Package and they moved the price from the Pro Package line items to the price of the car hoping I wouldn't notice. This was $3,400. Only after I challenged the price of the car and threatened to walk out did they reduce it back to sticker price. The car had to be picked up from another dealer and when I came to pick it up on Monday at 6pm, I had to go through the signing process again for 2.5 hours, since the car they were going to sell me had been sold over the weekend and new car had a different VIN number. They didn't even have the courtesy to let me know in advance and prepare the new paperwork in ahead of time so I wouldn't have to waste another 2.5 hours there. There are other dealerships that will work to earn your business and loyalty the honest way. This is not one of them. More

Dylan Adams was the best person we talked to all day. He did not push me into anything he simply asked what I was looking for and got all the keys for the cars I wanted to look at, that said a lot right there. Any thing that I wanted to see he got the keys. We sat down with him he explained the paper difference between the vehicals ( different between the models) and the paper price, than asked what we wanted to see first, and with a handful of keys we were on our way to finding the perfect car. Ever step of the way I knew I was on good hands, between previously awning a Honda and I had help every step of the way,all my questions were answered. I could not be happier. More
