First time buyer. Walking into the Tampa Honda dealership, I thought my experience buying a car for the first time would be overwhelming. I was so wrong. Careem went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I came in for. He was kind, patient, understanding, and just an overall a great person. What stood out to me was when I went to go pick up my car, I noticed that he had a green ribbon and a balloon on the car knowing that it was my university's school color! It was icing on the cake moment for me. It was so thoughtful. Overall, he made my experience stress free and a breeze. It was a pleasure having him assist me in this process. I walked out the dealership a happy car owner. If you ever find yourself stumbling into the Tampa Honda dealership, go straight to Careem. Customer service sucks Attempted to make a service appointment to get a tire replaced with the chat agent, Tia. She was rude and refused to make an appointment for me. After giving her all the information requested, including the year, make and model of the vehicle...she requested I tell her her the size of the tire and then she’d send me an email when they had the tire in stock...so I was supposed to wait because they “might have to order the tire” when I asked to be transferred to a supervisor she refused and when I asked who I could contact to complain about her she said “have a nice day” and disconnected the chat. I will never give this dealership my business again and that’s sad because it’s my local dealership and I’ve purchased many of my family’s Hondas here in the past. More

A complete waste of time! I regretfully had an appointment Monday, 11/27/17 @ 6pm with Corey, "Internet Sales Manager". First, he did not even have the time for me and my pare I regretfully had an appointment Monday, 11/27/17 @ 6pm with Corey, "Internet Sales Manager". First, he did not even have the time for me and my parents because he was busy with other people - so what was the purpose of having an appt?! Secondly, & what's even worse, is that we were passed off to Solomon who had even less of an interest to help us! He pretty much told us they sold a lot of cars already, that I should just look online, and come back another day. We were there 5 minutes before my appointment & were basically shown out the door 10 minutes later *without seeing any cars*! What a waste of time. Btw, I have also emailed D. Campbell, "Internet Director", but did not get a single response. My family have purchased FOUR cars from this dealership in the past, but after the horrible customer service we received, or there LACK of, I think our business is much better off elsewhere. Don't believe the hype. The good reviews online were probably paid with a free car wash or an oil change or a gift card or whatever other shady incentives Tampa Honda gives away! If you are seriously looking for a car, don't waste your time here! More
